My passion is helping people find a home and sell loved homes. I like to educate people in the process so they know what to expect and what to watch out for. Buying or selling a home is very emotional, you need someone who can tell you the truth on what you need to do to get the most out of your home. When buying a home you need someone to guide you through homes of interest and really look at the function of the home to meet your needs. You need someont to guide you to look throughtly at and through a home of interest and see any or problems. You can't buy a home just on emotions. Your best line of defence is a home inspection,
I am priesident of the Ocean County Animal Friends, I rescue last day animals from the local shelter. I foster them in my home until they get adopted. Last year I found homes for 167 cats and dogs. I also do limited wild life rehab for babys.
I am a former board member of the ARC. This is an advocacy group for the adult mentaly disabled. I am a sibling advocate.

I got my licens in1981, I worked full time for 3 years. I returend to the medical field for 20 years. While I was not an active realtor I bought and sold homes and cottages for my self and aided many friends. Flipping homes allowed me to retire at age 48. I started back in real estate again in 2003 just because I love it. I attend yearly conuinued education as required and many other classes to keep up on every change. I have been a mortgage agent also! I left the mortgae company because I did not like their practices. I can now refur you to compitant and trust worthy mortgage lenders.
