Mike Gotstein

Mike is the broker/owner of Magnum Real Estate, Inc. in Norway Michigan with the main office located at Norway Mountain Ski Area. Magnum focuses on the marketing and sales of recreational properties such as hunting land, waterfront homes and cabins with the primary focus being on the development and sale of single family lots located at the base of Norway Mountain.

Mike is licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin and is affiliated with Coldwell Banker-The Real Estate Group out of their Green Bay, WI office. This partnership between Magnum and Coldwell Banker gives sellers the utmost marketing effort with MLS coverage that includes the central UP and all of NE Wisconsin.

Mike also has extesive experience in business brokerage and commercial property sales. As a CCIM candidate, Mike has been trained on real estate investments including tax deferred 1031 exchanges and self directed IRAs.
