Pete Shrader has a background in sales and construction.
Pete also has nearly 3 years home center and design experience.
Pete began his career in the mortgage business in the 90's and is currently a loan officer providing mortgage financing nationwide.
In addition to mortgage lending, Pete is a residential real estate specialist and property manager.

Prior to Real Estate Theresa Shrader was in furniture sales for 11 years.
She is a certified interior designer and has extensive experience staging furniture and accesory arrangements.
Theresa has a degree in marketing.

Pete and Theresa bought their first property in the early 90's and have been investing in real estate since then. They have much experience owning, remodling, and managing rental properties. They can help with standard purchases, sales, financing, lease option contracts, contracts for deed, etc.
