I have been in the Real Estate industry since about 1979. I was a licensed agent in 1979 and then had a family so I stayed home to raise my children. I then became very active in buying and selling rehabbed homes and decided to start back in the business. I love what I do--helping others find their dream homes and assisting sellers to sell their homes. It is very rewarding meeting so many people. This business is great for me since it is flexible enough to properly attend to my clients needs along with family. I enjoy working with the public--every transaction is different and exciting. I try to make sure my clients are happy, content and trust me. I believe that my moral and ethical skills are the most important for long term return clientele. I LOVE REFERRALS!!

MY VIEW--we are all executives in this field and working to accomplish one thing and that is to do the most for our clients together - no matter which company we represent.

My husband, Dale, and I have two grown children Angela and Jeremy and 3 grandchildren-Garret, Necole and Erika. I enjoy my church family, spending time with all of my family, the outdoors, shopping and travel. I am active in our church and the local Chamber of Commerce.

I strive to stay abreast of all the educational informations. I have a designation of GRI (Graduate Real estate Institute, e-PRO, WHS (Workforce Housing Specialist) and a member of MLS, KCRAR, NLS
