Micci has been selling real estate in Joplin Missouri and the surrounding area since 1997. Micci has helped hundreds move over the past 11 years. Micci was born and reared in the Des Moines, IA area, graduated from Liberty University in Virginia, with a Bachelors Degree in Business minor in Marketing.

For the past 5 years, Micci has been the top producer for Next generation Realty and was third in the Northern Region for Next Generation Realty Affiliates in 2006 and among the top 1% for Next Generation Realty Affiliates nationally. She has been in the top 10 in the Midwest Region for Next Generation Realty for the past few years and in the top 10 for list to sold in local Ozark Gateway Association of Realtor 2006, 2007. Micci has been a Multi-Million dollar producer every year since 2005.
