I live in St. Charles county and have an awesome supportive husband who is a commercial pilot and now director for his company and 4 boys between the 2 of us. . One in the Bio-Chem field, a musician, a high school senior and high school freshman. My family is from Central America and though I was born in Arizonia we moved to Central America. I returned to the States in 1980. English is my first language Spanish my second. We are active in our Presbyterian church and we have gone on numerous mission trips within and outside of the United States. This year we will be going to somewhere in the world to install water purification systems that run on a car battery and only require water and salt. Its an amazing yet simple system!
I enjoy working with first time buyers and helping them realize their dreams and consider it an honor to be a part of that. 95% of my business is repeat cusotmers and referrals. I have clients that I am helping them on their second and third home.
When selling your home I use every media outlet available and cutting edge technology to get it sold as quick as possible and for the most amount of money to you. I also help coordinate everything required in selling and moving. From the interior decortator if needed, Staging your home, Necessary repairs, gas inspections and the list goes on. You need to continue with your day to day life, it is my job to coordinate and oversee everything needed to get your house sold from listing to closing, and I take pride in doing that, my customer surveys speak for my job performance.
