Jim DeJarnatt Broker/Agent GRI

I began my real estate career in 2001 and have moved toward the land sales or small estates sector. My primary sales area is Platte County, Missouri, an area just north of Kansas City, Missouri. I also sell in Buchanan, Clinton, and Clay counties, areas that are contiguous with Platte County. My goal is to know my listings and treat them as if I owned them. For me, that includes soil types, farm programs, development potential, subdividing rules with advantages and disadvantages, what to expect as far as time on market, and other information that would not be commonly known.

I retire from a 30 year airline career with my last assignment as a Boeing 777 captain flying worldwide. My airline career doesn't relate to sales, but makes for a good conversation starter.

I specalize in land, small and large acreage, and small estates. I hold a Broker's license in the State of Missouri, however I work under the Brokerage of Antwinette Holtzclaw as a sales agent for Weston Real Estate Company, LLC. Besides my Broker and Sales licenses, I hold the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation, an indepth course covering all aspects of real estate sales, law, and financing.
