My favorite clients are those who have never owned a home before. They are excited and depend on my expertise. Being a part of the newness and the search for the perfect home is an activity they will always remember. If I can make that process as painless and comfortable as I can, their new house will be a treasure.

I also enjoy working with people who are moving up. They usually know what they want. They know what school districts the want, so they have a definite the location in mind. If I can make the transition easy, interrupting their busy schedules as little as possible, the process will be exciting. When they want to look for their "forever" home they will want me to help.

People looking for their "forever" home are the best. They've been "around the block". Their children may be gone. They may be looking forward to Grandchildren or to traveling.
