I was born and raised in and around Chicago, Illinois and its subarbs. I attended Loyola University of Chicago where I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administation. After college, I spent 25 plus years in the electronic component manufacturing industry, running companies with United States, Mexican and Asian presence. As manufacturing continued to move away from the United States and more towards Asia, I made the decision to redirect my career into Real Estate.
I have been a licensed Broker/Salesman for over 5 years, both in Nevada and Illinois. I moved to Henderson, Nevada full time with my wife and 2 children in 2005. I have provided a wide variety of services for my clients including; single family homes, hise rise condos, town homes and commercial transactions. My affiliations include being a charter member of the Las Vegsa High Rise and Condominium Association, a member of the National Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of Realtors, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. I have attained the following designations; CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), RRG (Risk Redution Graduate), TRC (Transnational Referral System) and e-Pro. I am currently working towards aquiring the following designations as well, CCIM designation, which stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member, and becoming an EcoBroker, which is a new designation for Realtors with a desire to learn about green building and technology.

Aside from all of the education that I attend to earn my designations, I am constantly educating myself on the twists and turns of today's complicated Real Estate market. I have made myself proficient at handling sales for Bank Foreclosures, as well as, short sales.
