Rita Sipaila

Born in Rochester, New York, I've been a resident of Nevada since 1987. I'm married with two adult sons, and now two young grandsons. An avid skier and camper, I love the outdoors and take advantage of the lovely country surrounding the Reno/Sparks, Lake Tahoe area. Enjoy travel, biking, hiking, reading, photography, boating, home decorating, and spending time with my family. For many years i've worked on my neighborhood homeowners group. I founded a book/activity club called the Bookin' Boomers and enjoy our adventures together. I'm also a member of the Reno Ski and Recreation Club.

I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1994 in Nevada and specialize in residential property. I have experience with new homes, relocations, retiree homes and first time home buyers. Have achieved the designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative, Graduate of Realtor Institute, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. My goal is to make your real estate transaction a pleasant experience.
