Frances "Francesca" Patrizio

Born and raised in Essex County, I've spent nearly every summer for 16 years residing in various areas of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Monmouth and Ocean Counties has been my primary full-time place of business for the last 5 years.

Through intensive scholastic studies and involvement with humanitarian and arts related community service, I received a full scholarship to Southern Methodist University as an “Adult Returning to College” at SMU’s Cox School of Business, one of the leading business schools in the country. After completing my studies in Real Estate and Finance and working with Dallas' premier developer, Mr. Henry Miller, I graduated a National Dean's List recipient.

To lighten the intensity of my studies I also minored in photography winning a "Best of College" award from Photographers Forum Magazine.

My point in sharing this information with you is not to behumble myself, but rather as a reinforcement as to the efforts I put forth in being the best that I can be, whether as a student, photographer or your Realtor.
