Jo Ann has served on many Committees of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS and she is the 2007 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS.

Jo Ann is married to Jim Joeriman who actively works with Jo Ann in marketing, and in buyer and seller relations. Jim has been a real estate broker-manager for over 14 years and he is well known in the real estate industry. He was the 2005 President of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS, and serves on local, state and National Realtor Industry governance committees. Jim is frequently quoted in local newspapers including the Asbury Park Press.
