ELOISE GIFT - As a bilingual residential real estate broker, I manage Gift Realty MN in Albuquerque and represent both buyers and sellers in completing real estate transactions. My clients are not limited to those of the Multiple Listing Service area of the Bernalillo, Sandoval and Valencia tri-county area but are diverse, international, and multi-lingual.

The properties I help buy and sell include condos, town houses, single family-detached, and multi-family new and resale homes; patio homes and homes with acreage.

My own relocation experiences have convinced me that Salinger was right that 'all our lives we go from one little piece of Holy Ground to the next.' I consider it a privilege to help clients with that experience as they pursue their dreams for home ownership or building wealth.

My services include free CMAs, buyer and seller consultations; green, energy efficient home consultation; and brokering tax-deferred exchanges, short or bank owned sales. I also present investment seminars.

My former career as an educator, contributed to my commitment to lifelong learning. Besides a Master's Degree, courses for basic licensing and qualifying broker requirements, I am a member of the distinguished group of less than 25 percent of the 1.2 million REALTORS® worldwide who are Certified Residential Specialists.
