Lauren Earles

Lauren has been licensed since 1981. She began her career in Pinedale, Wyoming, moving to Los Alamos, New Mexico from Casper in 199, and has been a full-time successful residential broker for more than 28 years. She has been elected as Realtor of the Year twice in her career by her peers and is considered to be a consummate professional. She has served in board positions in the Pinedale, Casper, and Los Alamos Associations of Realtors, and also the Wyoming and New Mexico Associations of Realtors. She considers affordable housing issues to be paramount and has been active in those issues in Los Alamos for several years. In addition, she has served on the Board of Trustees for the Northern New Mexico/Los Alamos United Way since 1999. She is a consistent producer and finishes in the top 10% of the competition. She has hundreds of loyal clients, and is probably best known for her willingness to be very honest with her clients.

Lauren holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which requires hours of classroom study and a proven track record of sales. She also is the first broker in Los Alamos to receive the EcoBroker designation, which involves many hours of classroom study. As a result, she is very well versed to discuss energy and hazardous issues as they relate to residential housing, including lead, radon, and passive and active solar applications.
