Let me start by saying, “I love being a Realtor”. It’s a great profession, and a constant challenge. After working in management I figured it wasn't where I want to be. My strength was in sales. It is an exciting and vast field where you need to have knowledge and constantly sharpen your skills to provide better service. So to sharpen my axe, I started taking several training programs and educating myself in different residential and commercial real-estate programs. Recently I got my CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) designation. By now you must be curious of my name, where am I from and how did I get to this business of selling Real Estate. I was born in Dhaka Bangladesh. I came to the US for higher Studies and went to Mankato State University, MN. Being from a tropical country, naturally I wanted to escape the cold weather. Thanks! to my wife Roma (whom I met in a trip to NY) and lovely daughter Tristan we now live in Woodside, Queens (still cold). My hobbies include playing cricket and recently picked up fishing. As a teenager I loved to play soccer and cricket and that’s where I get my competitive edge.

Today the Real Estate market is a more challenging than ever. While the economy is in recession, the key is to acknowledge the present condition of the market. The Real estate market has shifted to a “Buyers Market”. I listen to Sellers and Buyers, and advocate them making a sound decision in either selling or purchasing. Why Long Island City North is Developing Slowly

Its still waterfront with magnificent views of uptown. There are more homes on the North side than the South where there is all manufacturing. Although there are a few Condo projects, I would like to see more.,,,,,,,
