Hi, my name is David Abreu and I am a Realtor with EXIT Realty Search in the Bronx. I have been a Realtor with EXIT Realty for two and a half years and I am proud to say that it has been a great experience.

My interest and specialty in the real estate industry includes dealing with co-ops and condos. I naturally gravitated to this area since this was the area that brought me into the real estate industry. I originally took the real estate salespersons course as a way to educate myself before purchasing my first co-op unit with no intentions of becoming an agent. Since then I have dealt and sold several co-ops and condo units and found a niche market in my own neighborhood.

In the last two and a half years I have taken real estate classes at the New York Real Estate Institute, Baruch College School of Real Estate, and even a real estate class based on the Rich Dad Poor Dad real estate philosophy.

In essence, I entered the real estate industry in a different manner than most and it has proven to be one of the best decisions of my life. Furthermore, EXIT Realty is a franchise with incomparable benefits not only to our clients but to our agents as well.
