Dennis Mogil

Dennis Mogil spent his childhood on Long Island before coming to Ithaca to attend Cornell University. After graduation in 1972, he left the Ithaca area to work in Lancaster, PA. Missing the small city/rural atmosphere and culture, he returned to Ithaca the following year.

In 1985, Dennis married Michelle Montague and together they’re raising three wonderful daughters. The two elder daughters attended Cayuga Heights Elementary School and Boynton Middle School before transferring to Michelle’s alma mater, Lansing Central Schools. The oldest is currently a attending SUNY New Paltz and the middle daughter is attending Tompkins Cortland Community College with plans to transfer to a four-year school in 2008. The youngest daughter is attending Lansing High School.

Since returning to the Ithaca area, Dennis has worked in customer service and sales. He and his wife operated their own business for 13 years in which satisfied clients was top priority. He is known for his patience in educating the first time home buyer and helping the move-up homeseller properly market their home to sell in the least amount of time for the best price.

In the late 1980s, Dennis was directly involved with complete renovation of his home in Ithaca and was able to see first hand from the ground up how a home is constructed. He is currently involved in the design and building of a new home for his family. He looks forward to using his knowledge of home construction and customer service to help his clients find their dream home and build new memories.
