Hi! My name is Debra Quartuccio. I am a 21 year "seasoned" Associate Broker with Realty Executives, Hudson Valley. I have accrued many designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Credited Buyer Representation (CBR) and am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). These designations didn't come easy but were worth the hours of education, time and effort. They are part of what makes me a Realty Executive and not a typical agent.

The designations are to provide more diligent representation to both Buyers and Sellers. The outstanding differences between myself and the typical agent are my "Smart Marketing Plan" and "Buyer Representation Plan" that I offer. Each offer "E-Z Exit Guarantees" that make the Client feel much more at ease than with a typical agent.
