Bob has lived in and around Mount Vernon for most of his life. An active partner in his community, he has been named President of the Fleetwood Neighborhood Association 5 years in a row, past president of the Mount Vernon chapter of Kiwanis International and officer of the Mount Vernon/Yonkers BPO Elks.

As a member of the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce, National Board of Realtors, the Westchester County Board of Realtors, as well as his appointments to the Mount Vernon Architectural Review, and the Assessment Boards, Bob offers an informed and unique perspective to buyers and sellers.
