Carlos not only ended up getting the home of his dreams, but further solidified the loyal following who appreciate him for his honesty, consideration for others and commitment to his clientele’s needs.
Further reinforcing his belief that real estate is the soundest of investments, Carlos expanded his horizons from Manhattan to Brooklyn where he is also the proud owner of a beautiful Park Slope building. His unique perspective, knowledge and insight as a broker, property owner and landlord fuel not only his mastery of the art of selling real estate, but his passion for his work as well. Originally from Lima, Peru, Carlos became an accomplished classical guitarist who made his professional debut as a soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra at age 15. Winner of several national competitions, he later completed his Bachelors and Graduate degrees from Indiana University, and became one of the youngest teachers on staff.
Upon moving to Manhattan, Carlos turned his part-time job in real estate into his life career, earning status as a dedicated top producer. “I don’t know how to do anything half-way,” says Carlos, who chooses to work only with a handful of people at a time so as to provide the most attentive, thorough service. “It’s either 100% or not at all, and that’s what I give my clients.” His charismatic personality, coupled with his unparalleled enthusiasm, market knowledge and professionalism, have gained Carlos respect from clients and colleagues alike, and have won him ongoing referrals and repeat customers – the heart of his business.
Outside of work, Carlos brings his love of music to life by frequenting live performances, as well as playing guitar and teaching when time allows. He also enjoys discovering wonderful new hidden restaurants in the city, and escaping for weekend hiking excursions.
