She earned her BS in Mathematics/Romance Languages and an MBA in Finance. Fern is an investor by nature. She invests in the metropolitan area. If I am selling a building, I will show what kind of upside they can get. I bring with me an architect to show the different possibilities of bringing values to their futur investments.
