I've been involved in Real Estate most of my life. My mother was a real estate broker and I swore I've never be one. I started as an investor, buying rental properties, managing them to maximize rent rolls. After several years as a successful Mortgage Broker (named #36 nationally and #6 regionally by Broker Magazine based on production), I finally got my Real Estate Broker's license here in New York.
Now I'm working to merge all 3 businesses under one roof: Property Management, Sales/ Rentals, and Financing.

Who's to say what is my most valuable qualification? Is it my undergraduate degree in Comparative Literature, or that I've been a real estate investor for 20 years, starting when I was 22. I think mainly it's that I understand the New York City Market, keep up with the demographic and the trends, know the mortgage financing products and guidelines from several years in the mortgage business, and I work very, very hard.
