As your Realtor, I will become your own personal project manager. Its my job to make sure your dreams become a reality. I will present a professional plan, and provide all the tools and information needed for an easy real estate transaction. It is my goal to make sure you have a smooth and stress free transaction. Some of the services that I will provide for you will include:

Market properties, arrange inspections, and relay building permits for improvements.
Coordinate contracts, forms and disclosure statements required by New York State
Communicate with mortgage lenders
Provide detailed progress reports regularly.
Provide knowledge of neighborhood sales, home values, and bank process.
Assist buyer in locating a lender and obtaining financing for pre-qualified buyers.
Oversee negotiations, balance offers and counteroffers.
Manage the transaction until the move is complete.
