Cecil Provost, GRI, e-PRO


Cecil Provost is the President and Principal Broker of ProRealty of New York, Inc. He earned his BA Cum Laude from SUNY Potsdam (Computer Information Systems) and did his graduate work at Union College in Schenectady (Software Engineering).

A 20 year veteran of Capital District real estate, he has received countless local and national awards in the real estate industry for both sales production and customer service. Cecil has earned the GRI designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) as well as the e-PRO designation (advanced studies in real estate technology). Cecil is also a NY State Real Estate Instructor, and has taught sales and licensing courses for many national firms including Realty USA, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, and CENTURY 21.

Cecil is uniquely qualified in that he is also a skilled Financial Advisor. He holds the Series 7 (Registered Securities Representative), and Series 24 (Registered Securities Principal), Series 66 (Investment Advisor) licenses as well as his NY State Insurance license (Life, Health, Disability).

Cecil lives in Wilton with his wife Sarah and sons Adam and Kevin. His hobbies are centered around his family and include camping, hiking, biking, skiing and golf.
