My name is Michelle Rita Muschenick, I have been competitively horse back riding since 1993 and in 2001 I chose to become a licensed sales agent; specializing in but not limited to the sale of horse properties. It is very important to me to keep the equestrian community thriving on Long Island. I’m dual licensed with LIHP’s sister company Long Island Homes which deals more with traditional real estate sales, and I have been managing commercial rental buildings for Cherokee Realty for the last five years.
