I joined THE BUYER’S AGENT in early 2005 and since becoming an Exclusive Buyer’s agent, I have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) , the Environmental Consultant Certification (ECO), the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the e-PRO certification in an effort to ensure knowledgeable counseling about the local market coupled with professional transaction management for today’s buyers. My hands-on approach has enabled my clients to save over $190,000.000 through negotiations, incentives and discounts. My passion for customer service, inside the frame work of integrity, is illustrated by my business philosophy: “It is always right to do right.” I am an active member of New life Community Church, NC Association of Realtors, Asheville Board of Realtors, WNC Green Building Council, and the Christian Real Estate Network.

As a WNC resident for over 40 years, I am well acquainted with Greater Asheville and love to introduce clients to the many neighborhoods, mountains and coves this area has to offer. When not working, my husband and I enjoy camping, spending time in neighboring small towns and hanging out at our own mountain home working in the garden,

With a background in teaching, office work and retail sales I am able to use the skills needed in each of these fields as I educate buyers about the real estate market and neighborhood trends. I am passionately committed to the exclusive representation of WNC buyers giving 100% loyalty without any danger of conflict of interest. Integrity, professionalism and customer service are my standards. I have earned the ECO designation in NC after extensive traning in "Green" sustainable design and belong to the WNC Green Building Council. The Asheville area is ideal for this as we have an active market of WNC Healthy Built Homes. I have also earned the SRES (Senior Real Estate specialist ) Designation to better help my retiring clients as well as the e-PRO Certification which has proven valuable in equiping me to work with today's internet using buyers.
