Watts Carr

I was born and raised a Tar Heel, growing up in the Piedmont near Greensboro. I'm actually the "4th"... George Watts Carr, IV. The coast has been calling me since I was little (summer vacations at Pawley's Island), so after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, I moved to Wilmington to work for a lifestyle magazine called Carolina Style. It was there that I first became interested in real estate as a career, though it runs in my family. Watts Sr. was an architect, Watts Jr. was involved in real estate in Durham, and my Dad has his real estate license and designed the home where I grew up in Deep Springs.

My wife and I met ten years ago, when we both worked for another real estate company in Wilmington. We have a daughter, and she loves the beach as much as we do. There really is something about the air down here. Every day I feel fortunate to live in one of the best places on earth, Southeastern North Carolina.

My interests include digital photography, website design, American history, Carolina basketball, and the rock group U2.

I have years of experience as a real estate agent and recently earned my e-Pro designation. I am up to date with the latest information and technology to make your real estate experience easier and even fun :-)
