Hi, our names are Nadine and Ron Cybyske and we are exclusive Buyer’s Agents. Originally from Green Bay and Minneapolis (respectively), we have lived in Sunset Beach, North Carolina for over eight years and are licensed Real Estate Agents in both North and South Carolina. We love the coastal region and will help you to find a home anywhere along the Carolina coast, from Southport, NC to Georgetown, SC. Our warm beaches and blue skies are hard to beat, and the easy-paced “Low Country” culture – including coastal foods, festivals, and fun – provides for a great lifestyle!

Nadine worked in human resources and owned her own consulting business for over 20 years. Now she applies her sales, marketing, and customer service skills to helping you, the buyer, find your dream home. Whether it is new construction or just the right resale, she can put you in the home that is right for you!

Ron is a former IT Manager who worked for financial services companies for over 30 years. Now he has made a career of sharing his love for the beautiful Carolina coast with home buyers from all walks of life. Ron’s focus on customer service and client satisfaction will help you make that perfect home selection!

We are both Accredited Buyers Representatives ®(ABR). This is a unique accreditation that less than 1 % of all Real Estate Agents attain. It requires three days of extensive education, and then the student must pass two rigorous exams. Finally, those seeking the ABR® certification must demonstrate mastery of the concepts presented: They must provide documentation on a large number of closed real estate transactions in which the buyers’ interest was primary. We are proud to give all of our clients the added benefits of ABR® accreditation!
