My husband Dale and I moved to the Henderson Area 3 years ago. I was a NH Real Estate Agent prior. I have one son that still resides in NH. We own a home on several acres in Warren County because we wanted land to be able to Hunt and Ride ATV's. We love to Motorcycle ride and enjoy the Outdoors. We chose this area because of the rural areas,the open land and the Beauty of the Lakes here. Kerr Lake and Lake Gaston are very popular to Fisherman, Boaters, and Campers. People come from the Raleigh/Durham areas as well as Richmond/DC areas. Although we chose to live in the country, we are within an hour of Raleigh/Durham, and Henderson has a little bit of everything like Restaurants, Movies, Shopping, etc.
So we can enjoy the Country but still have easy access to anything we want. Plus, we area from Colder climates and enjoy the four seasons here. I was an Automotive Parts Manager for 15 Years and really enjoy working with people and helping them find what they are looking for. It is that reason solely that I chose the Real Estate Business. I really enjoy helping people find the right home or property that suits them. I also enjoy getting to know my Sellers & Buyers and making friends along the way.
