Before entering the Residential Real Estate business, in 1998, I spent 25 years in the airline industry, within the Customer Service and Air Cargo sides of that buiness.

My primary objective, as a real estate professional, is to provide my client(s) with superior service and a fiduciary responsibility, while working through their real estate transaction(s). Whether it be providing nationwide advertising for home sellers, or comprehensive area searches for qualified buyers, my pledge is to be available for, and responsive to, each and every client from our initial introduction through closing.

After completing my initial real estate qualification course I 've continued my real estate education with courses to become an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Certified New Home Specialist, as well as the ePro designation. The North Carolina Association of Realtors require that all licensee's complete 8 hours of continuing education annually. These courses are composed of topics covering all phases of the real estate industry, from measuring square footage, the mortgage process, marketing, eskrow accounts, and I feel one of the most important topics... Business Ethics.

Staying abreast of information and technology is of the utmost importance, to me, in order to provide premium service to my clients.
