I've been a full time resident of the Outer Banks since 1979 and my love for this area continues to grow. My family and I enjoy all phases of watersports and fishing. My experience in selling real estate began in the mid 1980's; and my husband has been a Licensed NC General Contractor in this area as well. My knowledge of real estate in this area has been greatly enhanced by my experiences in the construction end ; as well by obtaining a NC Appraisal License in 1991. My experiences in working with people from all over the country who come to the Outer Banks to live, retire or invest have been invaluable.
