This is the story of how three dynamic individuals joined forces and combined their strengths to create Raleigh's most favored real estate team...There are some real estate agents who try to be everything to everybody, but Kathy Peterson, Pamela Norris and Red Kahleck have never tried to be anyone but themselves. Meet WKRP, Raleigh's Women of Real Estate. These three friends and business partners are well-liked for their unique friendship and fun-loving personalities, but that doesn't mean they lack the knowledge and expertise to achieve their clients' goals. "We do everything in our power to make the process stress-free for our clients. Our goal is for our clients to want to hug us at the end of the transaction. That's a great feeling."

Red is a former teacher and hospital employee who brings a caring devotion to everything she does. As far back as she can remember, she has loved houses and brings an extensive knowledge of home construction, renovation and negotiation from her own personal investment properties.

Kathy brings a burning desire to "win" to the team. Throughout her life, she's always been extremely competitive. In real estate, she uses that trait to her clients' advantage at every step of the transaction. Prior to real estate, Kathy was a special agent for the Department of Transportation, a career that demanded her to think quickly and always be ready for anything. She and her mother also owned local restaurants.

Pamela Norris has been practicing real estate in one capacity or another for over 20 years. Her experience in managing rental properties has made her an expert in contracts and negotiations. But it is her friendly, yet-no-nonsense people-skills that make her an outstanding advocate for her clients.
