Greetings, I am John H Sloan, Broker for Richard Tocado Real Estate in the Charlotte Metro Area. For many years I worked in health care in the field of Oncology. In 2001 I decided to change careers into Real Estate in the Charlotte/Metro area. I am a native Charlottean, meaning living in this area all of my life, except for a few years while in college. I have watched this area grow into a world class city. When I used to introduce myself as being from Charlotte, I would always have to say, "North Carolina", these days and times, I no longer have to say that.
I strive to give the BEST Customer service out there. I work hard for my clients either in the buying (or selling) a new home. I now PROUDLY sell GB homes with communities all over the Charlotte area, including Mooresville, Concord, and also Rock Hill, SC.
