Barbara has been in sales for about 20 years. As a sales engineer negotiating contracts reviewing request for quotes for clients in the Defense Industry and private sector providing industrial equipment to power plant and industrial manufacturing facilities. It takes skills and intuitiveness to get the best deals. She enjoys this work so much, that she still keeps her foot in the door as sales consultant. Originally from Germany she uses her German language skill quite often and with great satisfaction.

She marketed previously homes for a major builder in the Charlotte area, she is knowledgable about new construction. This benefit she likes to pass on to her clients, so that they are informed and avoid the blues when it does not always go according to plan. Her sales record for the past two years of over $5.0 Mil each in the median homes range is also not to shaby.
