Originally from Ridgewood, N.J., and a resident of Florida for 36 years, I made the move to Jacksonville, NC in 2001 with my husband who enlisted his services with the United States Marine Corps. As the wife of a former Marine and the mother of 3, I take pride in being the best at what I do. I not only understand how overwhelming a Military move or ANY move can be, I understand them more by drawing from my own experiences. 6 years experience with The Jack Parker Corporation, Ft. Myers and Naples, Florida. A self-financed land developer/builder with it's main Corporate offices located in N.Y.
Responsible for overseeing service on more then 500 homes for two independant projects which included
traveling between these projects to insure the continued high quality customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Was
responsible for inspecting and troubleshooting all warranty service items as needed, maintained compliance with OSHA
safety regulations, oversaw the daily operations of the warranty and service department, and insured a smooth transition
between developer and homeowners' at time of builder turnover to Associations.

While employed with the Jack Parker Cororation, I was chosen to attend a Customer Relations Sumit held in Denver, Colorado. Upon my return, I was aked to host my own 1-hour presentation and composed a company manual on customer relations and customer service.

I also participated with Magellan Enterprises, Professional Certified Coaching during my employment with the Jack Parker Corporation, as an incentive for managers to assist with business and life coaching.

3 years experience with Hughes Custom Carpentry, Inc. A shared business ownership with my husband. Having had the privilege of providing new construction carpentry and framing services to over 15 individual General Contractors and Developers.

2 years experience with Suntech Plumbing, Inc. A new construction rough plumbing company.
Responsibilities included working directly with General Contractors and Developers to schedule all phases of subcontract
work, implement and maintain a work schedule for 32 new construction employees, schedule and coordinate locates for
the excavating of sewer and water construction, inspections, permitting and overseeing the daily operations of the new
construction rough plumbing department.

2 years experience with Southwest Florida Pools, Inc. A new construction swimming pool company also providing swimming pool renovations to include resurfacing, decks and screen enclosures located in Cape Coral, Florida.

Responsibilities included "right-hand" to Owner in all aspects of the business
