I have been licensed in Real Estate in Ohio for over 5 years. I am proud to have assisted over 75 families in buying or selling their home. Many of these have been relocation clients, referrals and past clients.

I've always wanted to be in Real Estate and after 11+ years in marketing and advertising, I realized my dream.

Personally, I have been married for over 14 years and have 2 beautiful children. A daughter, 11 and a son who is 9. Several years back we built an addition on our house to accomodate my Mother. We love having her and her dog "Mandy" with us. I believe in the future, we will be seeing even more of these situations than we do right now. The extended family is here to stay.

In addition to being a Realtor, I am also the Mentor in my office, so I assist the new agents with getting their business off the ground. I think this position shows my ability for patience and understanding. I show these same qualities to my buyers and sellers. I don't believe in high pressure but I do realize the need for strong negotiation when it comes to getting my clients the best price for a home they love.

I am also the Director of Professional Development for my office, which simply means I assist in coordinating our extensive agent training calendar. I strongly believe that you should never stop learning. The market is always changing and you should be up to date on the current conditions.

I love being a Realtor and all aspects of the home finding and/or selling process, but the sometimes the must critical period of a home sale or buy is AFTER the home is found (or the buyer is found). There are many details to coordinate in order to complete the sale. Those details are important to me. I keep my clients updated every step of the way. Whether they are first time buyers or 5th time buyers, I dont feel you can be too informed of the process.
