Dave Caraboolad

I am David Caraboolad, Realtor/Associate Broker for NorthSteppe Realty. I moved to Columbus in 1992 to attend the Ohio State University. I started my real estate career while still a student during the summer of 1995. In May of 1996 I purchased my first rental property and started the first of many investment partnerships. From 1999 to the present I have been a full time Realtor and investor helping clients in Franklin and Delaware counties with their primary residence and investment properties.
