My full-time career in real estate began in 1988. Having grown up in Toledo, attending Ohio University for a BSEd. degree and Bowing Green State University for a Masters in BSEd., I spent the early part of my life teaching at Owens Community Collge in the Administrative Assistant Program. Wanting to furthur my horizons, I sold IBM office equipment for several years before deciding that with my knowlledge and background--helping people realize their dreams was perfect for me. Since that time I have developed marketing programs for sellers that make selling their home hassle free and with the least amount of time on the market. For buyers I have developed strategies and information packages that let them be in control of their search with the least amount of inconvenience. I love living in the Toledo area, the ability to enjoy the various activities and events in and around Toledo, and the ease of driving in and around Toledo. Lastly, I also love working with the agents at RE/MAX Preferred Associates and the office staff that makes doing my job so successful.

Twenty+ years in the real estate business. Born and raised in the Toledo area, a business teacher in the Syvania School System and an instructor at Owens Community College for 10 years. Earned many sales awards for selling IBM office equipment with a local company in Toledo, Ohio.

Became a full-time real estate agent in 1988. Member of the Million Dollar Club.

Acquired internet "intelligence" with web sites, lead generation sites, seller marketing strategies, and buyer assistance programs.
