Rick Turner

I have been a resident of Toledo since 1990 and am extremely bullish on our area! I have been a residential real estate agent since December of 1993. During this time period I have helped numerous indiviuals and families relocating in and out of Northwest Ohio. I also have invested in the business that enjoy, by purchasing single family homes around the University of Toledo area. Additionally, I have helped numerous families that have children that are attending the college to offset housing costs by purchasing investment properties with little or no money down. Born in Lima, Ohio in September 1956, Rick is a single parent with a 19 year old daughter who is named Shawn and a 10 month old son named Jackson. He has been a transplanted Toledoan of 17 years who is extremely bullish on Toledo and Northwest Ohio.

In May of 1990 he graduated from the University of Findlay with BA in Business Administration. He accomplished this goal as a non traditional student attending classes on the weekends while working full time.

For eleven years prior to coming to Toledo Rick was employed by General Dynamics in Lima as a Material Planning Analyst where he was responsible for the marketing of all excess and obsolete company and government owned equipment.

In 1990 after graduating from the University of Findlay he left GD to work as a sales representative for a small industrial recycling company out of Detroit. In 1993 Rick obtained his real estate licence.

During the past 14 years selling real estate Rick has amassed a wealth of knowledge concerning the local market by selling or participating in the sale of over 400 homes. He takes pride telling people that this is not a business of selling houses but rather one about building lasting relationships ... ones that last long after the final “t” is crossed and “i” is dotted!

In addition to selling real estate Rick enjoys spending time with his family, rehabbing rental properties, rooting for his favorite in state teams, which include the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and his home town Lima Senior Spartans!
