In 1995 I began a career with The Computer Workshop, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio
working for the company my mother started in 1988 which provides technical
computer education and training to businesses and individuals around the
Central Ohio area. I know, absolutely nothing to do with real estate.

Around the year 2000, our company made a decision to open a training center in
Cleveland, Ohio and being the only single family member of the company, I
elected myself to relocate to Cleveland to open the new branch. Cleveland gave
me many great things, but none greater than my wife and son. I married in 2003
to my fantastic wife, Abbey. August of 2005 brought us our beautiful son,
Mason David.

In June of 2005 Abbey and I went through the steps of being first time home
owners. This experience was one I will never forget and for the most part
really enjoyed. At that time, making one of, if not the, biggest financial
decisions of our lives I thought to myself this would be a really neat
experience to be involved with for others in our situation as well as a
seasoned home buyer. This experience along with an appreciation of the wide
variety of home architecture out there planted the seed for obtaining my real
estate sales license.

Earlier this year, with the restructuring of the Cleveland office of The
Computer Workshop and looking at obtaining multiple streams of income, I
decided to pursue obtaining my real estate sales license. I enrolled in to
classes at Hondros College, attending Saturday and Sunday classes, completing
my classes in early August 2007.

During my time at Hondros, I contacted and interviewed at several brokerages in
the area. I met with Laurie Brill, who took a lot of her time to explain all
of the great benefits Keller Williams has to offer agents. This, plus their
continued committment to education seemed to be a great fit for me based on my
background and involvement in the education business. I decided pretty early
on that Keller Williams was the place for me. Everyone I have met at Greater
Cleveland West has made me feel very welcome and at home, even being a part
time agent.

Currently I am still very involved in our family business at The Computer
Workshop and work in real estate sales during the evenings, weekends and
sometimes during my lunch hours. I look forward to a long and enjoyable time
in the real estate industry and being a partner with Keller Williams.
What qualifies me to be your Realtor? While everyone has their personal set of strengths and weaknesses, there are several qualities which set me apart from others.

Since 1995 I have consulted clients in making sound decisions to help them grow their business. While consulting clients, whether in business or in real estate, two key factors come in to play, the ability to listen and the ability to know the solution to the problem. These two work hand in hand. You first must be able to listen to your client to know what their likes and dislikes are. This goes deeper than listening to their words. You must be able to hear your clients' body language and other non-verbal communication. You must also be able to ask the right questions to better understand their true likes and dislikes.

With over 12 years of experience listening to my clients and helping them find the right solutions, I am confident we will be able to find your dream home or the perfect buyer for your home for sale.
