Devrie Peoples, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (CRS, GRI), started her real estate career in 2001. She has been an award winning realtor since 2002 garnering the Keller Williams Realty Rookie of the Year in 2002. Devrie is the Lead Listing realtor and the "Rainmaker" for the team.

Richard Peoples, Devrie's husband, joined the team in 2005 as the Lead Buyer Specialist.

Donna Davenport, Broker Associate, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (CRS, GRI), is the office manager for the group. Donna has been a realtor since 2001 and has been with Devrie since 2002. She brings 30 years of customer service experience to the team.

Donna Davenport-Broker Associate joined The PEOPLES Real Estate Team in 2002 as a licensed administrative assistant to provide additional customer service and support to The PEOPLES Real Estate Team.
