After years of teaching junior and high school Math, I decided I really wanted to get into something related to housing. I did some other things first, but my desire to help people drew me to selling real estate. My strong math background has proven to be a big plus for my clients in understanding financing benefits and showing them the pros and cons of different financing methods. It has also given me an an edge on contract negotiations. My studies and associations within the legal world have added strength to my contract negotiations skills. I work hard to get the very best situation for my clients and am available to them whenever they have questions or problems. I take the time necessary to make sure clients understand exactly what is happening throughout the transaction. My clients soon learn that I have a very relaxed approach and want them to feel comfortable during this process. The most important thing I can give my clients is the satisfaction that they made the best deal possible and that there was no hassle for them in buying or selling a home!

I have over 10 years in the real estate business. For the past 8 years, I have been a top producer and received many sales awards. I try to limit my service area to the South OKC Metro, Moore and Norman areas so that I can provide the best service possible. Of course, I also go outside this area when needed, but the majority of my work is in my main focus area. I have a great deal of expertise and knowledge in the new construction area and have worked with many of the area builders. I have done many relocations with some of the nations major employers. One of my largest client bases is the military populaton in our area. Since we are fortunate to have a very large military base here, I have made it a priority to know all the special situations that affect military personnel in this area and what I can do to make sure their stay in Oklahoma is a great experience! I work equally with buyers and sellers and know that each transactuion is as unique as the people involved in them!
