Pam Ghanaati

I live in Norman, Oklahoma with my husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. Norman is home to the University of Oklahoma and is located about 15 miles south of Oklahoma City. I was previously in the mortgage business for many years before obtaining my real estate license. I find it's much more fun to help clients shop for a home than it is to help them finance it. On the mortgage side, I had to remain a little more reserved since I was working with the financing. Now I can get excited when I help buyers find their dream home! I truly enjoy sharing their joy. I also enjoy assisting homeowners that are selling their property move on to another home and possibly another chapter in their life. I work to help them see their home through a buyer's eyes and maximize its best features. I work with a partner, Linda Janaway, who has lived in Oklahoma City and Norman all her life. She has a husband, two grown sons, and a cocker spaniel. Linda also has previous mortgage experience. We work together and keep each other informed on our clients and properties. In this way, our clients get double the service! This partnership allows us to have time for family and relaxation without our business suffering.
