I started my real estate career in 1997 then stepped out in 1999 to open my own home accessory store. After 9 successful years in the retail industry I put my real estate hat back on and started selling real estate again! I grew up in this industry with my grandmother selling real estate in the New Mexico and San Diego, California area! In 2007 I developed extensive skills in the home foreclosure side of this business. Short Sales are the order of the day in this economy and I have had much success in getting these distressed properties to the closing table.
