Steve and Marcy Wilson are both licensed, active real estate Brokers and a team in every sense of the word!
Steve was born and raised in Tulsa. Steve is one of four children. His parent’s still live in Tulsa where they currently own and manage Custard King at 61st & Sheridan (the best custard in Tulsa!). You can often stop by and see them working hard to give the best service to their customers. It's easy to see where Steve inherited his work ethic.
Because of different athletic opportunities, Steve attended 3 high schools in Tulsa (Hale, Rogers, and Jenks). Steve was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and would speak on occasion. He skipped his high school graduation ceremony to participate in a mission trip. When he returned, Steve attended Oral Roberts University.
During college, Steve worked in retail and was promoted to management. His management took that store from 300th in the nation to the top 10. Family friends suggested Steve join their jewelry business. Steve earned a GIA Graduate Gemologist Certificate which is one of the highest qualifications in the industry. For several years Steve was the principle Diamond Buyer and Corporate Manager for the most successful chain of locally owned jewelry stores in Tulsa.
In his spare time, Steve assisted his uncle in purchasing residential investment properties. As the properties were acquired, Steve would manage the repairs and then serve as the Landlord/Property Manager. Steve enjoyed learning about real estate and could see the rewards of this field.
Marcy was born in Missouri and was the only child to born to her parents. Marcy's father was the youngest person to receive a real estate Broker's license in the Missouri. And his father, was one of the most successful Real Estate Brokers and Builders of his time in their city. Real Estate was a family affair. Marcy and her parent's moved from Missouri several times for job opportunities and she spent most of her youth in Florida. When she was 18, Marcy moved to Oklahoma.
The Christian faith was a big part of Marcy’s family heritage too. Her mother's parents were ministers with the Assembly of God for 44 years. Since "retiring" to Broken Arrow, they still serve the Lord as teachers at Broken Arrow Assembly of God. Marcy feels blessed that she was able to attend private Christian schools for much of her education and graduated college Bartlesville Wesleyan University.
While attending college, Marcy also grew professionally and gained valuable experience in corporate America. She worked her way up from entry level to management in a national insurance company. She received many awards for her professional accomplishments. After college, she kept learning and became licensed in all lines of insurance and has served as an independent insurance consultant. Her last corporate position was as the Midwest Regional Manager of Administration for Sprint E-Solutions (a division of Sprint).
Steve and Marcy started their real estate career with a national franchise. Their 1st year in real estate they received sales awards and by their 2nd year they were in the top 7% of the nation among 45,000 agents. In 2004, Steve and Marcy opened ZION Real Estate to better meet the needs and wants of this generation. ZION is a young company with a lot of ingenuity and a vision for what they want to accomplish.
Steve and Marcy walk the talk when it comes to real estate and say that’s the key to their success. They continue to buy and remodel properties for re-sale and own several rental properties in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. They say that being their own first customer makes them better able to understand their customer’s needs.
Steve and Marcy live and work out of Midtown Tulsa. They aim to keep their priorities in order and work regularly to improve them-selves physically, mentally and spiritually.

They also enjoy strength training, tennis, racquetball, and roller-blading and riding horses.
*Steve has 3 teenage daughters that he adores and Marcy loves as her own. They are also working to add
more children to their clan.
