Kristin Morris

Kristin comes to Hunter Properties with 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience. She and her husband have been in Bend since 2001 where they settled in to start their family and custom home building business. Kristin worked in Real Estate Marketing and event planning for Brooks Resources for several years before beginning her career as a Real Estate Broker in 2005. She has experience in all aspects of custom home building business from land acquisition to design. They incorporate green building materials into their design as well as recycle through the entire building process to reduce waste. Kristin is involved in the planning and promotion of the Building A Better Bend (BBB) lecture series each Fall. BBB brings nationally known speakers to Bend to help educate the public about smart growth principles. But most of all, Kristin enjoys working for her clients to make sure they have a positive transaction when either buying or selling a home. For Kristin, customer service comes first.
