WHY DID YOU COME TO WORK FOR SUNRIVER REALTY?
I was looking for an office with a high level of energy, vitality and education. Sunriver Realty provides those, and my brokers, John Fettig and Carolyn Bostwick, are outstanding. WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I love providing the information for my clients so that they can make excellent real estate decisions, and I meet the most wonderful people!

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF INDUSTRY EXPERTISE OR PREFERENCE?
I bring to my clients education and experience in real estate. As an investor myself since the 1970s, I believe in its finanacial power. In this ever-changing and exciting field, constant education and advanced accreditations such as Certified Residential Specialist serve to enhance my ability to serve my clients well. My EcoBroker certification, representing specialized training in the environment and energy, I can better advise clients on earth friendly aspects of real estate ownership.

HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
My husband and I love outdoor sports, some involving our animals and some not. This is Outdoor Paradise where we ski, ride horses, hike with llamas, off-road in our Jeep and just hang out downtown and drink coffee with friends!

ANY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE LESSONS?
The only way to lose money in real estate is to get in a position where you have to sell in a soft market. I believe that real estate is the best investment one can make but that one has to diversify. The Central Oregon market is a sought-after destination and will remain a strong market in the long term.
