We have a substantial history in residential home sales approaching 2,000 successfully closed listings and sales. We have made a major commitment to help people keep their homes and their credit health in these tough times. Randy is one of the first agents to earn a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation in this marketplace. This gives us the knowledge and expertise in 2 areas. First, to help our clients obtain mortgage modifications to allow them to keep their homes and second, if selling is the only option, to successfully and efficiently negotiate "Short Sales" to protect home owners credit from long term credit damage a full foreclosure will cause.
