I feel like I've been "in" real estate forever... prior to my official career I owned investment properties, one of which was a 24 unit historic apartment building. I was a “hands on” owner who was very involved in the rehab and management of each property. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® (for over 10 years), I have represented numerous buyers in the purchase of single family homes and residential investment properties. In representing sellers, I have enjoyed the process of tailoring a marketing plan specific to the property and the seller’s needs. I have also represent sellers and buyers engaged in 1031 Exchanges.
