I am an Oregon native. I have enjoyed living in the Pacific Coast States over the years but came back to the Portland Metro Area in 1988. I have a practical and reasonable view of the real estate market from my personal and professional experiences which I bring to my business. I am used to detail from my activities as a quilter, cross stitcher, beginner stained glass experience, computer geek and family geneaologist. I try to balance work with family which is one of my basic values. Otherwise you may see me out in one of my kayaks enjoying the water activities that makes the Northwest my preferred place to live.

I have experience as an Accounts Manager, Interpreting Contracts for Clients, and much interaction with clients in past work history. I strive to stay educated in Real Estate as I would in any other field. Education allows me to better service my clients in a multitude of situations that arise in a Real Estate transaction.
Currently, I am qualified as a Buyer's Representative, a Graduate of the Real Estate Instiitute, an Accredited Staging Professional-Realtor, qualified as a Resort and Second Home Specialist, a Competitive Pricing Specialist, Residental Construction Certified, and a trained Internet Professional.
I have also joined the Certified Residental Specialist organization which provides exceptional training, I hope to meet their qualifications soon and be certified in that field to focus on Residental Sales. I have focused my training in those seminars on Investment Analysis.
I hope to do business which a variety of individuals who see me as a Broker who is practical, knowledgeable, patient, and honest in my handling of their business or personal interests.
